Early morning by bike — this was THE high point of our visit to Jaipur!

We booked this morning bike tour as part of a larger 2-wk tour of Rajasthan. The larger tour emphasized monuments, forts, tombs and temples. But on THIS tour-by-bike, OMG, the city was brought to life! My husband and I were the only folks on the tour that day, and Khushal, the owner of the bike tour, and his 2 colleagues were clearly intent on making sure we had a wonderful time, in a very personalized way. Felt like friends! They were funny, good-humored, and looked out for us every step of the way. more

Bike Tour of Old Jaipur

This is a “Must Do Tour”. It started at 6:30 AM to avoid the heat and the worst of the traffic.

The tour guides and escorts ensured we were all safe, blocking the traffic, etc. They also ensured that we stayed together and we did not have any unintentional individual exploration. More

Great Cycling Tour in Jaipur !

Great 3 hours cycling tour with a very nice and friendly guide.
Nice bike, helmets provided.
The tour combines history with visits through narrow old town streets, market places, temple, monuments but also stops at the best street food spots (lassi, fritters, spicy snacks, chai tea). More

Fabulous sunrise bike tour in the city of Jaipur!

We met Umesh and Khushal at sunrise to start our 3 hour bike tour. It was fantastic! They set us up with really good bikes and helmets. We set off as the sun was coming up on an adventure of the city. They were both so much fun and shared a lot of knowledge of their great city. More

The best way to see Jaipur

Having seen the traffic it was with reservation that we embarked on the cycle tour of jaipur but we could not be more pleased that we did. The tour was really well organised and fascinating. Along with our two fantastic guides we did everything from trying the best lassi in town to seeing the local food and flower markets first thing in the morning. More

Spectacular tour of Jaipur by bicycle!

The bike tour through Jaipur with Umesh and his wonderful assistant was definitely one of the top highlights of our two week trip in India. The tour starts quite early in the morning – which is great, especially for those of us who are not so confident on a bike – since you can get your bearings before the traffic really picks up. More

Jaipur by Bike

Riding a bike through parts of Jaipur is an amazing and thrilling experience, and definitely was a highlight of our trip to northern India. The bikes and equipment were in good condition, and as others note – the guides were extremely helpful in guiding us through what can be chaotic traffic. More

Best bike tour in India

This was, by far, the best tour we took in India. Our guide, Umesh, was very engaging and took us to some non-touristy places in Jaipur that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own, including the flower market and a temple to experience a morning gathering with tremendous energy. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jaipur. Source

3 Hour Morning Bike Tour of Jaipur

We had a fantastic time on the bike tour this morning! In the early morning hours the streets and monuments are less crowded and you can experience the city in a much different way. On the tour we enjoyed local experiences like enjoying masala chai, lassi, pakoras, sweet and savory snacks, going to Govind Dev Ji temple and viewing local homes. More

Best way to discover the real Jaipur

I Cycled around central Jaipur with Usomething mesh and a very friendly English couple. The experience of cycling through the city early morning guided expertly in the still light traffic is an absolute joy. What is more, the tour takes you around the real local life and you get to see, feel, touch, hear, smell and taste Jaipur (and laugh and clap, but about that I won’t say any more except that it’s as thrilling and authentic as the rest). The best thing I did in India !!!

I absolutely loved this. This is a world away fighting your way through crowds of tourists at Amber Fort. You get to see how the world wakes up in Jaipur. We fed the cows, drunk chai, took part in a laughing yoga class, ate pakora on the rooftop, visited flower markets, vegetable markets etc etc etc. The guys were fantastic. A must do on your visit to Jaipur. Thank you all. More

The hidden wonders of Jaipur

The bike tour with Umesh was simply amazing, my friends and I stayed in Jaipur for three days and visited the main things in the first two. However, my Jaipur experience wouldn’t have been the same if I had missed this morning bike tour. Umesh gave us a new perspective of the city, showed us some hidden and beautiful places, where local workers follow their daily lives. More

Bicycle Tour in Jaipur

This was more than just a bicycle tour it was an intimate disclosure of why this medieval city was a “light” in the ancient East! The team was both enthusiastic and enchanting as they filled our morning with surprises which I won’t share (must see yourself). The tour ended with us yearning for more given that this city had stolen a piece of our hearts! source
